红庆梁煤矿主通风机电控系统设计

The Design of Electrical Control System for Main Fan in Hong Qing Liang Coal Mine

摘要: 矿井主通风机是矿山的重大安全设备,其正常运行与否直接关系到矿井的安全生产,因此设计一套可靠稳定的通风机电控系统至关重要。红庆梁煤矿主通风机电控系统主要包括高压变频调速系统、PLC控制系统、智能上位监控系统和高低压配电系统共四部分。着重探讨了该电控系统的设计特点,介绍了系统框图和系统实现的功能等,此外还对电控设备的相关参数进行了详细阐述,同时指出了该系统和其他电控系统之间的不同之处。经实践证明,该电控系统实现了主通风机的精确控制,另外该电控系统可靠性高、操作简单、运行稳定,可确保矿井的安全生产。

Abstract: Main Fan is a major mine safety equipment , for the normal operation of the main fan is directly related to the safty of normal production and that of mine workers. Ventilation electrical control system mainly consists of high frequency control system, PLC control system, intelligent host monitoring systems, high and low voltage distribution systems. This paper focuses on the design of electrical control system, whichincludes the block diagram and functions of the system. Besides, the device-dependent parameters of the system are also discussed.
